Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation (IECC), operating The Ivory Index under the AOArose brand, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the IECC website and any web-based services. For the desktop Software, IECC acts as software licensor only; profile data resides exclusively on your local device and is not transmitted to IECC.
Profile data (personal statements, institutional preferences, evaluation histories) is stored locally at ~/.theivorry/profiles/{"{id}"}/. The Software is architecturally designed not to transmit this data to IECC or third parties, except where required for: (i) explicit user-requested functionality; (ii) security or integrity purposes; (iii) legal or regulatory compliance; or (iv) user-requested services requiring network access. IECC does not maintain cloud copies of Software profile data.
Our website may use third-party resources including Google Fonts (served from Google's CDN), which may result in your IP address being logged by Google under their privacy policy. We do not use persistent tracking cookies for advertising. We may collect email addresses for newsletter or support correspondence where you voluntarily provide them.

Where EU/EEA individuals interact with our website, certain GDPR obligations apply to that web-based processing. For the desktop Software, data does not leave your device; accordingly, GDPR obligations concerning cross-border data transfers are not triggered by Software use. IECC is currently in the pre-incorporation stage and operates through its designated operating entity. To the extent EU law applies to website-based processing, IECC implements appropriate technical and contractual safeguards.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. For website-based data, submit requests to legal@imperialecc.com. For Software data, all data resides on your device and may be deleted by you directly from ~/.theivorry/.
IECC implements documented technical measures appropriate to the risk of processing, including: structured access controls, secure local storage architecture, and regular security reviews. No transmission method or storage system is guaranteed 100% secure.
The Software is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, you must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the Software.
Intended Governing Law: Cayman Islands. This Policy is intended to be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands upon IECC's incorporation therein. Until such incorporation, disputes may additionally be brought before any court having mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
